Terms of Use

Effective October 11, 2026

These terms describe use of the Sentris desktop app, hosted service and website. Sentris is currently a private beta. Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to a@rapidreactai.com.

Authorized use

Use Sentris only on devices and accounts you own or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for having permission to access, process and share information supplied in your requests. Do not use Sentris for unlawful activity, unauthorized access or conduct that violates another person’s rights.

Actions and approval

Sentris can read information and perform actions in supported apps and connected accounts. Review the target, recipients and content of a proposed action before approving it. Approval applies to that specific proposal. A request to save an unsent draft does not authorize sending it.

Cancellation stops work where possible but cannot guarantee reversal of an action already dispatched. An email may have been sent or a resource changed before a cancellation or connection failure is received. Check the external app when Sentris reports an uncertain result.

AI and beta limitations

AI-generated content, tool selection and verification can be incomplete or incorrect. The beta may fail, change or be unavailable. Independently check important facts and results, and maintain backups of important files. Sentris does not guarantee that every objective will complete or that every app or account will remain connected.

Sentris is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for consequential decisions.

Connected services and your content

Google, Composio, AI providers and other services have their own terms, permissions and limits. They may require renewed authorization or restrict access. You retain your rights in the content you provide. Sentris needs permission to process and transmit that content only as necessary to provide the functions you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can decline a proposed action or revoke a connected service’s access through that service’s account settings. Revocation does not remove content already sent to a recipient or erase resources already created in an external account.

Privacy and changes

The Privacy Policy describes task context, voice processing, connected-account data, service providers and deletion requests. Changes to these terms will be published here with a revised date. Material changes affecting your permissions will be disclosed before requesting new consent.
