Privacy Policy

Information Sentris uses

Account sign-in uses your Google account identifier, verified email address and profile information. Voice commands send microphone audio directly to the configured speech recognition provider, currently Deepgram. The resulting text becomes your task request.

To perform a task, Sentris may read relevant browser or app contents, accessibility information, screenshots, files and connected-account information. Your request and relevant task context may be sent to the hosted Sentris service and its configured AI provider, including OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic. Sentris is not an entirely offline product.

Google Workspace access

Connecting Google Workspace is separate from signing in to Sentris. With your consent, the connection can read Gmail messages and threads, Calendar events, Drive metadata, Docs text, Sheets cells, Slides, Tasks and Contacts, according to the permissions you grant and the tools available. Access is used to fulfill your requested tasks.

Supported writes include sending email, saving unsent drafts, creating or editing Docs, updating Sheets cells and creating Calendar events. Sentris presents the exact supported API write for approval before dispatch. Sending an email shares its contents with your approved recipients; calendar invitations share event information with the attendees.

Composio manages connected-account authorization and retains the connection credentials. Those credentials are not supplied to the AI model or included in email and document results. Task-relevant Google content may be processed by Sentris and its AI providers to answer your request or produce the content you requested.

Sentris does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers and storage

Sentris uses Railway for its hosted service, Vercel for this website, Composio for connected apps, a speech provider for voice recognition and the configured AI provider for task reasoning. Their services process the information needed for those functions under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Task requests, action results, verification evidence and diagnostic records may be retained in local and hosted task history so Sentris can show results and recover interrupted work. These records can contain task content. Connecting an account does not grant permission to use its data for optional task learning; any such feature requires its separate product consent.

Sentris uses access controls, encrypted network transport and credential separation. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share with the services needed for your task.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can stop microphone capture, cancel tasks and decline proposed actions. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revocation stops future authorized access; it does not automatically erase previous task records or undo actions already performed in Google or another app.

To request access to or deletion of information retained by Sentris, or to ask about privacy, contact a@rapidreactai.com. We may need to verify your identity and identify the relevant records before handling the request. Data in third-party accounts must also be managed through those providers.

Changes to this notice

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes to connected account access or the use of Google user data require updated disclosure and consent where required.
